Scope of work
- Incoming inspection and dimensional survey of every component received.
- Weld repair, coating stripping and re-coating of hot-gas-path parts.
- Machining to OEM drawing tolerances on rotor and stationary components.
- Non-destructive testing: dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and radiographic.
- Balancing of rotating assemblies to the platform’s ISO grade.
- Preservation and export packing for onward shipment.

- Incoming condition report with photographs and measurements.
- Priced repair scope issued before any work begins.
- Item-by-item repair record with NDT certificates.
- Material and process certification to OEM specification.
