Scope of work

Incoming inspection and dimensional survey of every component received.
Weld repair, coating stripping and re-coating of hot-gas-path parts.
Machining to OEM drawing tolerances on rotor and stationary components.
Non-destructive testing: dye penetrant, magnetic particle, ultrasonic and radiographic.
Balancing of rotating assemblies to the platform’s ISO grade.
Preservation and export packing for onward shipment.

Deliverables

Incoming condition report with photographs and measurements.
Priced repair scope issued before any work begins.
Item-by-item repair record with NDT certificates.
Material and process certification to OEM specification.
