A gas gathering station operating LMF reciprocating compressors moved from reactive replacement to a planned overhaul programme. AOGC supplied valve assemblies, piston and rider rings and packing sets as kits per machine, and repaired running-gear components between overhauls.
Kitting the consumables per machine and per task removed the sorting work that had previously extended each shutdown.
